How we handle enquiries

Every enquiry comes directly to a senior consultant — not a sales coordinator or intake assistant. We read what you send and respond with a specific reply, not a generic acknowledgement. If the problem you describe isn't something we're well-placed to help with, we'll tell you that too and point you toward someone who is. Initial conversations are typically thirty minutes by phone or video and are completely without obligation. We're not trying to close a deal in the first call — we're trying to work out whether there's a genuine fit, which is better for both of us.
